Celebrate the Arts!

On Monday, December 31, 2007

Please note: the page shown here was most recently updated on 1/3/08.

It shows how things went on December 31, 2007 for First Night Salem 2008.

It will be months before information on December 31, 2008 for First Night Salem 2009 will be posted.

However, this will give you a general idea of how things are planned for First Night Salem generally.

We had great entertainment, food, dropping and popping balls, people walking along the streets and greeting each other on a night with great weather, and much more during this celebration. If you have thoughts about how to improve First Night Salem in years to come, please let us know. See you for First Night Salem 2009!

For the fun of it, some photos (including many blurry ones with an explanation) have been posted on the related Picasa web site. Go to http://picasaweb.google.com/firstnightsalem to view the photos. If you have photos of your own from the celebration to add, we would love to have them. Please check with bill@billschilling.org for information about how to post them.
